**Accounts Receivable Supervisor Role Overview** The Accounts Receivable Supervisor plays a critical role in managing the Collections team to ensure timely collection of past due accounts, shaping the future of work with Genpact. Main Responsibilities: - Managing the collection process to drive efficiency and effectiveness. - Developing strong client relationships to foster trust and collaboration. - Creating strategies for process improvement to optimize collections outcomes. - Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. - Supervising staff to promote teamwork, learning, and growth. - Reporting on team progress to inform strategic decisions. - Managing account changes and payment plans to minimize disruptions. - Organizing workload to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Approving collection communications to maintain a professional tone. - Referring accounts for credit holds or extrajudicial collection as needed. - Assisting with difficult cases to resolve conflicts and improve outcomes. Requirements:) - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. - At least 3 to 5+ years of experience in collections operations. - Experience in Credit, Billing, and Cash Application processes is highly valued. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong analytical and reporting skills to inform data-driven decisions. - Effective communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. - Mindset of transformation leadership, impact, and continuous learning to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.
