Job Description As an IT Business System Analyst (SAP Engineer to Order - ETO) you will design ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP based on requirements/projects from the ETO business. You will support all ETO applications and interfaces and understand the end-to-end ETO process used by Rockwell Automation teams. You will ensure there is consistency of the ETO process by all Rockwell Automation teams that use ETO. You will also help with production issues encountered by the ETO business to resolve them. Your Responsibilities: - Design ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP codes and test new ETO BU solutions. - Support current ETO applications, interfaces and WRICEFS. - Support teams and development as related to end-to-end ETO process. - Support new business requiring ETO process. - Work with ETO business personnel to identify our needs within CRM/ECC. - Enhance applications. - Collaborate with business systems analysts and product owners to define requirements and priorities. - Collaborate with capability team to build an Agile culture in teams. - Coordinate with partners to understand and document functional requirements related to the end-user experience. - Identify design problems and create usable solutions. - Build relationships with all partners across the organization. - Help design and implement user research and usability testing to better understand end-user needs. - Ensure that third-party applications and products are customized to deliver a end-user experience. The Essentials - You Will Have: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience. - 4 years of experience in CRM and ECC SAP with configuration of CRM, SD, Manufacturing, Logistics and Purchasing.
