About the Role Major accountabilities: - Translate the strategic BPA objectives into actionable operational plans. - Create detailed analyses to assess risks and opportunities, offering recommendations and contingency plans. - Offer financial analyses and advice for specific investment/project decision-making. - Provide comprehensive and accurate information for annual budgeting, supporting the local strategic planning process. - Effectively control costs and guide resource allocation strategies to ensure optimal use of business assets. - Enhance management reporting processes, supporting the definition and implementation of lean, cost-effective processes. Key Success Metrics: - Satisfaction of internal customers with the provided financial analyses. - Effectively managing risks and operations for the business line. - Efficiency and effectiveness of resources allocation and cost controlling strategies. Minimum Requirements: Work Experience and Skills: - A minimum of 6-8 years of financial experience, with a detailed understanding of BPA processes and tools. - Strong leadership skills with a focus on innovation and forward-thinking. - Proficiency in Analytical Thinking and Financial Modeling. - Aptitude for Aligning People and Resources and showing Political Savviness. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in financial compliance and controls. Languages: Fluency in English. Education & Qualification: - A university degree in Economics, Finance, or Business is required. - An MBA in Finance is desirable.
