Collaborate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth export operations. 2. Track, monitor, and update shipment statuses to all relevant parties. 3. Prepare, review, and submit documentation such as bills of lading and invoices for customs clearance. 4. Resolve shipment discrepancies, address delays, and find solutions to unexpected challenges. 5. Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and company standards. 6. Ensure accuracy in shipment data using CargoWise and provide timely invoicing for each shipment. What We’re Looking For: - Experience: 2-3 years in freight forwarding or U.S. exports (CargoWise experience is a plus). - Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, organization, and time management. - Values: Integrity, accountability, curiosity, and respect.
