This key role involves identifying operational issues, analyzing data, and proposing improvements to support and service processes. As a CX Analyst, you will: - Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Provide operational support by collaborating with internal teams for timely and effective assistance. - Perform data analysis on customer experience metrics and identify patterns indicating process or tool failures. - Document processes and relevant cases to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain updated records of incidents or findings. - Interact with customers to resolve operational or support issues and escalate complex cases proactively. Key requirements for this role include: - Degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communication, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or function. - Preferably experience in consulting. - Advanced Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, formulas). - Knowledge of SQL and database management. - Desirable: experience with customer service tools. - Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, adaptability, analytical skills, and proactive attitude.
