Key Responsibilities - Provide support to internal customer communities for assigned domains, including troubleshooting and guidance. - Offer recommendations on business system enhancements, policies, and practices for assigned domains. - Assist with managing business relationships for specified domains, including contract negotiations and cost-related tasks. - Develop process documentation and training materials for assigned projects and assist in training where required. - Meet project deadlines. - Represent organizational interests on cross-functional teams. - Perform user acceptance testing for system enhancements. Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in Quote to Cash functions, process improvements, customer service, and/or business system development or testing, and financial reporting activities. - English language proficiency (level B2 or higher, written and speaking). - Experience in managing back-office processes and project management with a strong knowledge and usage of Power BI dashboards and Sales Force applications. - Experience in O&G;, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Tools. - Attention to detail. - Ability to perform on a high-performance team. - Ability to multi-task. - Good written and verbal skills for presentation/communication development and delivery. - Customer service focused. - Pro-active and self-motivated. - Goal and task-oriented. - Team player.
