Job Title: Software Development Leader Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned software development leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams of engineers to deliver high-quality software products. Your expertise in software development, leadership, and collaboration will drive the success of our projects. You will work closely with our product owners, data engineers, and scientists to expose data through web applications. Additionally, you will build and maintain our backend tech stack using Python, Airflow, PostgreSQL, and Kafka. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of software development experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles. They will possess a strong agile mindset, excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills in verbal and written English. Deep knowledge of Python (3.5 and later) is required.
