About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR functions in ourMedellín office while also supporting HR operations in the U.S.This role is ideal for a proactive, people-focused professional whocan oversee HR compliance and reporting, onboarding andoffboarding, recruitment, and office management across bothregions. Key Responsibilities: - HR Compliance & Reporting:Ensure compliance with local and U.S. labor laws, maintain employeerecords, and generate HR reports as needed. - HR Support for U.S.Operations: Collaborate with U.S.-based leadership to assist withHR initiatives, compliance, and workforce management. - EmployeeRelations: Serve as a resource for employees, addressing concernsand promoting a positive company culture. - Policy Implementation:Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment withcompany values and legal requirements. - Recruitment, Onboarding,and Offboarding: Lead hiring efforts, coordinate candidateinterviews, and manage seamless onboarding and offboarding for newemployees in Colombia and the U.S. Qualifications: - Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield. - 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in an internationalor multi-location company. - Strong understanding of Colombianlabor laws and familiarity with U.S. HR regulations. - Provenexperience in recruiting, onboarding, and compliance. - Excellentinterpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. -Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). - Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
