Growing an average of 25% GAGR YoY, LiveVox is adding new positions across all department in the company in the US, Colombia and India. * Position Overview: * We are seeking a Revenue Accountant to join our team in working remotely with the option to work from our office in Colombia, Medellin. The Revenue Accountant will provide support to the Sr. Revenue Manager and play a key role in the monthly close process for specific revenue-related transactions. * * **You Will**: - Assist with monthly close and reporting processes including the preparation of revenue related journal entries, reconciliation of revenue accounts, and perform ad-hoc/special projects and analysis as required. - Perform analytical procedures on a monthly basis on revenue accounts to help management understand changes each month. - Collaborate with project managers and sales representatives to understand professional services contracts, including project progress to record percentage of completion. - Work with our external auditors to help prepare and explain deliverables they request related to revenues. - Collaborate with our billing team to understand the billing and credit memo process and the impact it has on revenue recognition. * * - Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. - Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy to ensure integrity of LiveVox’s financial reporting. - Flexibility and eagerness to work on a variety of assignments, requests, and roles. - Self-starter and able work and think independently. - Analytical and creative problem-solving skills is a plus. - High degree of dedication to improvement and strong sense of ownership. - Strong organizational and follow-through skills and ability to work effectively to meet deadlines. - Strong written and verbal interpersonal/communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers and all levels within the organization. * Qualifications: * - 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting and/or revenue, preferred but not required. - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. - Good understanding of US GAAP. - Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, and sumifs). - Experience with NetSuite is a plus. * WHY LIVEVOX* LiveVox is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and employer.
