As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and sales operations for our IT services division. This position requires the ability to build and nurture a pipeline of qualified prospects through inbound and outbound sales activities. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable with engaging prospects across various communication channels. A high level of proficiency in English is required, as the role involves interaction with US clients. This position will report to the Senior Director Business Development. About the Role - You will qualify inbound leads generated through various marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals. - Conduct prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. - Identify and target potential customers within specific industries or geographies aligned with our service offerings. - Assist in the creation and execution of sales strategies, helping the sales team close deals by providing qualified leads and accurate prospect data. - Accurately track and manage leads and sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and reporting consistency. - Work closely with account executives and senior sales managers to ensure smooth transition of leads and optimize sales processes. - Follow up on initial outreach to nurture relationships and set up meetings for sales executives. What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role, preferably in IT services or B2B sales. - Advanced (fluent) English, both written and spoken. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients. - Familiarity with IT services and technology solutions is a plus. - Experience with CRM platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with prospects at different levels. - Ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and achieve KPIs. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities.
