Senior Business Development Manager "> European Tech Recruit is working closely with a quantum software & AI company, based in San Sebastian. They are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team. Responsibilities as Senior Business Development Manager: - Perform product sales activities for new/renewal business to achieve or exceed given product and service revenue objectives. - Partner with field and enterprise sales within the company and Channel partners to collaboratively develop and proactively execute strategies that drive product and service revenue as part of an overall account strategy. - Effectively contribute to all stages of the sales process. - Facilitate communication with the sales and technical team for updates on product capabilities, success stories, and winning strategies. - Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's products and services. - Participate in industry shows and conventions. - Create and lead advanced solution presentations to match identified customer needs using the company's products and services. - Identify the company's advantages and position its products and services as superior to competitive offerings. - Coordinate and organize technical support for demos, PoCs, support of evaluation, training etc. - Work with team members to develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations, and value propositions for current and prospective customers. - Provide client feedback to product development and marketing staff. Requirements: - Proven track record of sourcing and closing six and seven-figure new logo deals within a given territory. - Education: M.Sc./degree in sciences or engineering. - 10+ years for Business development representative, years of sales or consulting experience in selling engineering/technology applications with a proven track record of success. - Achieve or exceed required sales quota. - Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and with other functional teams (DEV, Marketing, PM etc.). - Ability to foster collaboration & coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites. - Aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers. - Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English. - Travel: up to 50%.
