1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsSafetica, a global leader in Intelligent Data Security, protecting companies worldwide against data leaks and internal threats, is looking for Customer Success Managers to join our growing Customer Success Management team.We are hiring for positions in:As a Customer Success Manager you'll ensure smooth onboarding, guide customers through implementation, and maintain high satisfaction with our solution.By identifying opportunities for growth, you'll act as a bridge between customers and our internal teams, including technical support, product management, and sales. On daily basis you will collaborate closely with our CSM team in Czech Republic, ensuring seamless global cooperation.We have an amazing office in Bogotá, and we'd love for you to be there! Being present helps you connect and collaborate with your colleagues in person, which is something we value.Your responsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.Lead the onboarding process and ensure fast adoption of Safetica solutions.Actively communicate with key customer users and stakeholders (e.g., IT administrators, security managers).Resolve customer issues and work with technical support on more complex incidents.Identify opportunities for service expansion or product upselling.Monitor and measure customer satisfaction, including collecting regular feedback.Prepare reports on customer usage and recommend improvements.Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on customer campaigns and case studies.What are we looking for?At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Manager, IT Consultant).Experience with B2B customers, ideally in IT or software.English language proficiency at the C1 level.Native-level proficiency in Czech/Slovak language (for CSM role in Czech Republic).Strong communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time management skills in dynamic environments.Technical skillsKnowledge of IT security concepts and best practices (e.g., data protection, sensitive data classification, user access management).Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Experience managing Windows workstations and servers.Familiarity with macOS, including basic troubleshooting and system configuration.Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into actionable solutions for end users.What can you expect from Safetica:Work/life balance - we have an unlimited vacation, 3 sick days, 2 volunteering days.Celebrating Success - team celebrations for a Stellar Quarter Result!
