Job Description: About the Role: This position is responsible for managing and executing transformation initiatives within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization, with a focus on the Record to Report (R2R) stream. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and develop new end-to-end processes/services, standards or operational plans to deliver results with direct impact on the R2R stream, other streams, and markets. - Work towards the GBS priorities, KPI's, OKRs, and overall GBS roadmap to drive business growth and efficiency. - Manage and execute transformation initiatives, including gap analysis related to GBS operation centers/markets, and provide process competency with a specific focus on R2R core processes. - Develop and implement process standardization, harmonization, and automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Manage and execute new R2R systems/technology/methodology roadmap and process change, upskill, train, and execute. - Lead medium-sized projects with profound process and technical knowledge, focusing on time, cost, and quality, ensuring sustainability of solutions. - Possess ownership of R2R processes, act as a subject matter expert, and align with latest taxonomy/activity split, processes, and technology. - Contribute to the definition of policies, accounting standards, and guidelines for process improvement. - Understand stakeholder requirements, collect data, deliver analysis, resolve problems, and recommend options. - Develop and implement communication packages to present results, recommendations, and solutions. - Manage compliance and global process guidance.
