Business Development Representative About this role: - We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales organization in Colombia. - You will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new reseller partners. - This is a fast-paced, outbound-driven role designed for individuals eager to grow in a dynamic technology sales environment. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct daily outbound calls to potential resellers and prospects. 2. Secure qualified meetings per week for Business Development Managers. 3. Schedule meetings, prepare prospecting lists, and perform follow-up outreach via calls and emails. 4. Attend and learn from vendor and partner calls; eventually co-pitch alongside Business Development Managers. 5. Conduct market research and identify relevant industry events and networking opportunities. 6. Maintain accurate activity tracking using spreadsheets. Requirements: - 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation. - Strong communication skills; must feel comfortable speaking on the phone with partners and prospects. - Self-driven and proactive – able to work independently and manage time effectively. - Detail-oriented with proficiency in basic office tools (Excel, Google Suite).
