Genesys is seeking an experienced** Digital & AI Solutions Lead** to partner with the sales team to drive value for prospective customers and achieve revenue targets, through the combination of strong technical abilities and outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills. This is a critical role for the organization as you will help define the Digital & AI GTM sales motions, routes to market, and execution for your region. You will be part of a team of global specialists ensuring we have a unified strategy while also adjusting for what’s needed to execute regionally. **Responsibilities**: - Become a trusted advisor for prospective customers by understanding their use cases and technical requirements in order to design the appropriate solution recommendation that will drive business value. - Become a product expert and keep up to date with new feature releases, key use cases, integration capabilities, and customer success stories. - Share market insights and prioritized product requirements with the global specialist organization. - Present roadmaps, strategy, and value proposition both internally and externally. - Stay current on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies and identify feedback and suggestions relevant to product, engineering, sales, and marketing. - Work cross-functionally within the organization to ensure our solutions are driving value for our customers. - Collaborate with team members globally to share learnings, best practices, use cases, and customer stories, while working together to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. **Qualifications**: - 5+ years technical sales or presales experience. - Background working within Digital Customer Experience and/or Contact Centers. - Experience with Artificial Intelligence, NLP/NLU, Machine Learning is a plus. - Experience working in fast-paced SaaS organizations. - General understanding of APIs, Integrations, Security. - Technical Degree with Business or Technology/Software focus. - Ability to present competently and confidently to senior-level decision makers. - Ability to handle business and technical objections during demonstrations. **Covid-19**: Safety for our employees and our communities is a key priority for Genesys.
