Restaurant Supervisor Join our team as a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor at SO/ Sotogrande, a luxury hotel located in the beautiful coastal town of Sotogrande, Spain. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. - Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service. - Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluations. - Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe dining environment. - Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient communication between front and back of house. - Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage service. - Implement and uphold SO/ Sotogrande's luxury hospitality standards. - Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions. Requirements: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting. - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. - Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. - Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems. - Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including knowledge of Spanish and international cuisine. - Experience with wine pairing and beverage service. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish is highly advantageous. - High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. - Current Food Safety Certification. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and practices.
