This role is focused on daily and weekly client bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online , ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and dependable communication with the U.S. team. We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and understands the importance of handling sensitive financial data with care. A “get-things-done” mindset and a can-do attitude are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Perform daily and weekly bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients Maintain and manage accurate records in QuickBooks Online Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly Generate financial reports and flag any discrepancies or issues Support U.S. team with financial data and documentation Ensure data security and confidentiality are maintained at all times Participate in brief daily check-ins or updates during U.S. Eastern Time Required Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience Proven proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Solid understanding of accounting principles and workflows Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion Organized, self-motivated, and committed to getting the job done right Preferred Traits Experience working with U.S.-based accounting or bookkeeping clients Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools A trustworthy professional with a high level of integrity and accountability If you’re a reliable and experienced bookkeeper who thrives in a remote environment and is confident in QuickBooks Online, we’d love to hear from you!
