About the Role As a business partner for assigned Patient Support Programs (PSPs), you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence. You will work closely with vendors to monitor their performance and provide insights to improve patient and healthcare professional experiences. You will collaborate on the design and implementation of innovative PSP solutions, support vendor assessments and onboarding for new program initiatives, and manage PSP budgets and track monthly expenses to ensure financial compliance. You will develop patient education materials and lead initiatives to enhance service delivery, coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and internal processes for PSP operations, oversee distribution and control of support doses linked to PSPs, and maintain and update standard operating procedures and conduct risk assessments.
