We are looking for someone with experience in translating UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application and in developing secure and scalable web applications.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop new user-facing applications from scratchBuild reusable code and libraries for future useOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityCreate prototypes and mockups, manage brand quality consistency, and design high-quality graphic imagesWork with back-end developers to improve usabilityCollaborate with other team members and stakeholdersDevelop the standards of codes and libraries to ensure easy traceabilityCreate, develop, maintain, and document new user-friendly web pages using markup languages such as HTMLStay up to date with current trends and emerging technologiesWhat You'll Need To Be Successful:Degree and/or Diploma in computer science or related technical field5+ years of experience working in front-end development3+ years of experience with front-end frameworks, including React and TypeScriptProficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and GitKnowledge of and experience in developing secure web applications with OAuth and responsive web design principlesStrong understanding of production deployment patterns for front-end applicationsGood understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAXBasic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS & SASSStrong attention to detailComfortable working in an agile environment and using scrum methodsExcellent problem-solving and optimization skillsStrong verbal and written communication in EnglishBlanc Labs is enabling a digital future.
