With 70+ activated gyms and aggressive growth targets, we’re scaling fast and looking for sharp, mission-driven talent to help lead the charge. **Role Overview** Buzops is turning up the heat on paid acquisition and ABM. Our Marketing Director is seeking a capable operator who can scale what’s already working (Facebook/Instagram) while unlocking new paid channels and surfacing meaningful growth insights. You’ll handle campaign execution, optimization, and funnel performance—reporting directly to and working closely with the Marketing Director to help us drive qualified pipeline growth. **Key Success Metrics (First 12 Months)** **Pipeline**: 30+ demo-ready MQLs/month by Day 90; 60+ MQLs/month by Month 12 **CAC Efficiency**: Customer acquisition cost at or below SMB-SaaS median **Payback**: CAC payback within 9 months **Attribution**: Clear, reliable GA4 and CRM dashboards updated and reviewed weekly **Scalability**: Repeatable paid media, ABM, and nurture workflows documented and optimized **What You’ll Own** - Execute and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns already in flight - Launch and manage new paid programs across Google Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, and retargeting - Build and maintain ABM lists and touchpoints for high-value target accounts - Create and iterate funnel workflows and lifecycle campaigns using GoHighLevel - Run weekly A/B tests, optimize landing pages, and improve lead-to-demo conversion - Monitor, report, and present campaign performance weekly to the Marketing Director - Collaborate with design, video, and content team members for ad creative - Coordinate with our content/SEO lead to ensure messaging alignment and keyword consistency - Maintain clear documentation for all experiments, budgets, and performance metrics **What You Bring** - 3-6 years of hands-on demand-generation experience for B2B SaaS (SMB or vertical SaaS preferred) - Strong track record managing paid social and search campaigns with measurable ROI - Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and at least one marketing automation platform - Excellent grasp of funnel analytics, CAC, LTV, attribution models, and lead velocity - Strong copy instincts—you can write ad hooks, landing pages, and nurture sequences without waiting on a writer - Collaborative, highly organized, and confident working within established strategic direction Able to manage multiple campaigns, run lean tests, and move fast with a bias for action **Bonus Points For** - Experience marketing to gym owners, fitness studios, or wellness businesses - Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or other CRM and automation tools - Prior experience working with a fractional marketing leader or remote-first team **Why Buzops?** Be part of a fast-growing SaaS company in the fitness tech space Work with a lean, driven team who values ownership, clarity, and execution Play a critical role in shaping how we scale—and be recognized for it Flexible remote work environment with real collaboration and trust Ready to turn growth strategy into real pipeline? **Experience**: - B2B SaaS (SMB or Vertical SaaS)? : 3 years (required) **Language**: - B2, C1 or Fluent English?
