As a **Service Desk Analyst Level I** **,** you will be in charge of monitoring the automation of the bots to ensure that the bot runs as scheduled in the agreed schedule. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Monitoring bots' automation to ensure that the bot runs as expected in the agreed schedule. - Monitoring transactional table to verify that bot is processing its task and updating its transactional table in data base. - Communicate and inform to customer when an issue is identified during the monitoring and the bot should be stopped to fix it. - Respond to customer service desk ticket to solve requirement made. - Update configuration bots to fix issues (First level), test it and set it up to production again. - Manage and solve service desk ticket within the service level agreement. - Communicate internally with team groups and provide key information on time. - Escalate to next level of support with development or providers. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Teamwork. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**: technical studies or systems technologists - **Experience**: SQL + Automatitation Anywhere - **Language**: Advanced English skills.
