A rapidly growing healthcare company is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant Specialist. We are looking for a self-starter that is very motivated and aggressive, self-disciplined, technologically savvy and results driven. Main responsibilities: - Virtual Office Management: work with CEO to manage virtual company day-to-day programs - HR Administration: help with HR functions of the company - Recruiting: coordinate job posting on Web sites, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks. - Reporting: assimilate various weekly / monthly reports - Special projects: manage company special initiatives and projects, software selection - Appointment Setting: manage customer appointments for the managers - Research: conduct research and assimilate reports on various topics Key Requirements: - A minimum of 3 years of professional and related field experience. - Technologically savvy, ability to do deep research to find solutions - Proven track record in meeting performance objectives. - Strong oral, written and telephone communication skills in English - Able to thrive on multitasking environment and set priorities - Shows/practices a commitment to ethical conduct. - Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working as a team. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks under tight deadlines. - Availability to work a flexible schedule
