Powered to grow your business.** Your Mission Own and operate a lean content engine that ranks for high-intent keywords, educates gym owners, and drives at least **30 % of monthly demos** from organic sources within 12 months. Core Responsibilities - SEO Strategy & Execution - Keyword research, content gap analysis, and on-page optimization. - Technical audits (CWV, schema, internal linking) and quick-hit fixes. - Editorial Leadership - Outline, brief, and edit long-form posts, comparison pages, and case studies. - Maintain brand voice; ensure every asset includes clear CTAs and product context. - Content Repurposing - Hand off briefs to video editor & designer for YouTube clips, Reels, and LinkedIn carousels. - Coordinate with the Growth Manager to align paid vs. organic keyword coverage. - Performance Tracking - Build a simple GA4/Looker Studio dashboard for traffic, rankings, assisted conversions, and backlink growth. - Present insights and next steps to the Marketing Director in a bi-weekly sync. Must-Have Experience - 4+ years scaling organic traffic for B2B SaaS or tech brands. - Portfolio of posts ranking in Google Top 10 for competitive terms—show us the URLs and the data. - Mastery of Ahrefs/Semrush, Surfer/Clearscope (or similar), and GA4. - Comfortable operating asynchronously, hitting deadlines, and adjusting strategy based on data. Bonus Points - Background in fitness, wellness, or vertical SaaS. - Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or other CRM ecosystems. - Experience launching programmatic SEO or international content. - Ready to jump on camera for quick product walkthroughs or webinars.
