Order Processing Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Order Processing Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system, monitoring business interfaces, and resolving integration issues. They will also contribute to continuous improvement of order taking activities and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders. - Capture customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system - Review and validate orders using optical character recognition tool, update as needed and resolve issues - Contribute to continuous improvement of order taking activities as required by internal initiatives - Monitor all inbound and outbound customer interfaces through idocs to ensure correct integration of documents The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years' experience with knowledge of order processing and customer service or similar, preferably in Pharma. They should possess strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have good communication skills.
