Job Overview The Technical Infrastructure Manager position at Auxis LLC involves overseeing the administration, management, and maintenance of Windows servers, M365, Manage Engine, Rubrik, Zoom, GoAnywhere, and VM environment. This role also encompasses system software and related infrastructure, including Active Directory environments. Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in technical research to drive innovation within the infrastructure environment. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute upgrades and changes while ensuring minimal disruption to operations. - Provide Tier II/III support for associates with varying technical needs. - Conduct daily system monitoring, verifying hardware and server resource integrity, as well as reviewing system logs for completion of scheduled tasks such as backups. - Collaborate with teams to coordinate communication with impacted personnel. - Maintain exceptional customer service standards for associates. - Contribute to resource planning and prioritization for the Systems Administrator Team. - Oversee daily tasks required from other System Administrators and ensure timely completion. - Mentor junior System Administrators and promote knowledge sharing. - Troubleshoot hardware or software failures promptly. - Produce performance reports to support capacity planning efforts. - Demonstrate professionalism in appearance and demeanor. - Perform routine audits of systems and software, verifying hardware and server resource integrity, reviewing system logs, and confirming scheduled job completion. - Analyze system logs to identify potential issues with computer systems. - Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes efficiently. - Understand system security requirements and implement best practices. - Troubleshoot reported problems independently, researching and answering technical queries to resolve issues. - Document systems and configurations following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). - Follow structured change management/deployment methodologies.
