Responsibilities include: - Providing administrative support to senior leaders - Managing complex scheduling across multiple time zones - Booking travel arrangements and managing logistics - Preparing presentations, reports, and internal documents - Tracking key business and personal tasks - SUPPORTING INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS AND MEETING PLANNING Digital Marketing Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing social media strategies to grow the company's online presence - Collaborating on marketing campaigns and email newsletters - Updating and maintaining CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency - Monitoring marketing analytics to inform future strategy - Researching and curating content aligned with the company's brand voice and values Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Digital Marketing role - Mastery of Microsoft Office and cloud-based file systems - Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail This is a 100% remote position, and candidates located in Colombia are strongly preferred.
