Knowing the WorkWithPlus and K2B patterns is a plus, not to mention GeneXus BPM. - Notions of low-level programming with java, csharp and/or javascript counts a lot. the same if you know CSS or figma design systems, data architecture or other technologies like bpms, CI/CD, Jenkins, automation.
