Unlock Your Potential in Border Management The role involves developing a successful go-to-market strategy to achieve profitable business growth, generating new leads and identifying opportunities within assigned products/solutions for new and existing Borders accounts globally. - Business growth: Work with Product managers and local/regional sales teams to develop a winning strategy, achieving set targets while managing close customer relationships. - Market making, shaping and relationships: maintain strong industry interaction, stay up-to-date with market trends/technologies related to border management, focusing on building lasting connections with key stakeholders, influencers and decision-makers. - Pipeline qualification and deal strategy: Collaborate with the local/regional sales team to increase qualified opportunity numbers through effective customer interactions, suggesting tactics, pricing and competitive positioning to enhance selling strategies. Key responsibilities also include working closely with cross-functional teams to stay focused on annual sales plans, actively tracking opportunities from creation to close, ensuring accurate reporting of account/opportunity information using Sales Force automation. Requirements and Qualifications - Minimum 5 years' experience in consultative selling, business development and managing complex deals. - Good understanding of Border Control solutions, particularly Traveler Data products/solutions including Advance Passenger Information (API), Interactive API, Passenger Name Record (PNR), Departure Control System (DCS) and more. - Knowledge of end-to-end passenger journey and solutions related to border crossing, travel authorization (eVisa, ETA), biometrics, risk assessment engines and name/biometrics matching systems. - Understanding of industry stakeholder roles such as ICAO, IATA and the United Nations.
