We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our Product Operations team. This key role will focus on driving operational strategy, fostering clear communication, ensuring scalability and integration, and leading project creation and implementation. - Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to optimize client recovery processes, ensuring healthy collection levels and service goals. - Promote effective communication with indirectly reporting teams, aligning objectives, projects, and strategies while keeping stakeholders informed. - Prepare operations for accelerated growth by integrating new products or processes in a controlled manner, ensuring operational stability. - Align global collections strategy with local markets through project management, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and coordination between global and local teams. - Evaluate priorities and assess trade-offs in a fast-paced environment, owning roadmaps from end to end. - Serve as a bridge between Engineering and Regulatory teams, translating regulatory needs into actionable items. - Lead day-to-day operations of the Engineering team, acting as Scrum Master/Product Owner. - Track and report critical business and SLA/SLO metrics from third-party integrations. Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. - Previous experience in Collections. - Fluent or native Spanish and English. - Proven track record of building roadmaps for tech products. - Genuine curiosity about technical ecosystems supporting various products, with exposure to third-party banking integrations a plus. - Demonstrable experience designing and improving processes within business areas encompassing third parties. - Strong business acumen, including understanding unit economics of different financial services products. - Capacity to navigate ambiguous situations, managing challenging stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. - Outstanding communication skills, ability to communicate concisely and effectively across all levels of the organization. - Demonstrable track record of tactical stakeholder management. - Experience building partnerships from inception to delivery.
