Event Coordinator Virtual & In-Person Events Location : Remote LATAM-based preferred Type: Part-Time Contractor Hours: ~10-15 hours per week About the Role LatamCent is hiring a highly organized Event Coordinator to help plan, manage, and host both virtual and in-person events across Latin America and the U.S. You ' ll work directly with our CEO to execute nearshore hiring seminars , networking events, client workshops, and founder dinners. Your role spans from logistics to guest outreach to on-the-ground (or on-screen) hosting. Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing virtual and live events (webinars, dinners, meetups, etc.) Own logistics: venue booking, calendar coordination, guest list management, reminders Invite and confirm high-level attendees (SaaS founders, executives, partners) Coordinate with our marketing team to promote and brand events Support hosting duties during live events and Zoom webinars Post-event: handle thank-you emails, feedback collection, and follow-up coordination Maintain an event calendar and support recurring engagement opportunities Requirements 2+ years experience coordinating virtual and/or live events Excellent communication and written English (C1+ preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with executives Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Calendar, Eventbrite, and Notion Ability to work flexible hours across time zones when needed What we are looking for Experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, or CRM tools Event planning background in B2B, SaaS, or tech community spaces Based in Colombia or Mexico City for occasional in-person support (not required) Company Overview LatamCent helps top U.S.-based B2B tech companies build exceptional teams in Latin America.
