Job Overview Sales Executive Role in Latin America (Excluding Mexico and Brazil) Our company seeks an accomplished Sales Executive to spearhead our Customer Go-To-Market engagement in the Rest of Latin America region, focusing on application security. As a Sales Executive Partner, you will play a pivotal role in representing our customer, managing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing. Key responsibilities include: - Engaging with existing clients and new prospects while coordinating the sales channel ecosystem in the region. - Creating a robust territory business plan and collaborating with cross-functional teams like sales architecture, business development, and customer success. - Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. - Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and engaging with senior management to progress complex sales deals. - Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and updating customer records in CRM systems. - Collaborating with Marketing on impactful business development initiatives and adhering to customer policies and procedures. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: - Proven experience in complex B2B enterprise sales, particularly in application development, application security, or cybersecurity. - A growth mindset, inspiring understanding of end-customers' challenges and becoming their trusted advisor. - Relentless drive to meet and exceed sales quotas, benefiting from lucrative incentives. - Deep-seated passion for cybersecurity practices. - Collaborative attitude thriving in a fast-paced, innovative team environment. - At least 10 years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions. - 5+ years of experience selling SaaS through various sales channels. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Commitment to self-improvement and professional development.
