Job Description We're seeking a strategic Paid Media Manager to drive demand generation and capture efforts across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to fuel our pipeline and elevate the Power Digital brand. As a Paid Media Manager, you'll be responsible for writing high-converting ad copy, making creative recommendations, and adjusting bids and targeting in real-time. Your work will directly impact our sales qualified leads (SQLs) and help us reach our Total Addressable Market. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals and growth priorities. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will be key in monitoring campaign performance and pulling actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads to generate SQLs. - Build demand generation and capture campaigns tailored to platform strengths and target audience behaviors. - Write high-converting ad copy and collaborate with the creative team on asset development, providing clear recommendations and performance feedback. - Execute real-time bid and budget adjustments based on performance data to maximize ROI and lead volume. - Develop and test new strategies, audience segments, and campaign structures to continuously improve performance across platforms. - Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing data and reporting on key insights and optimizations. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals and growth priorities. Requirements and Qualifications For this role, we're looking for candidates with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads. You should have a proven track record of driving SQLs and hitting demand gen targets through digital media. A strong ad copywriting skillset and ability to align messaging with brand tone and value propositions are essential. Experience providing strategic creative direction and working closely with design or creative teams is also necessary. Deep understanding of bid strategy, campaign structures, targeting options, and A/B testing is required. Strong analytical skills and comfort navigating campaign data are also crucial.
