As a SOW Desk Analyst, you will support the Customer Solution Partner team by reviewing, triaging, and resolving issues related to Statements of Work. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement best practices for SOW documents and negotiation. SOW Desk Analyst Job Description Key Responsibilities - SOW Review & Negotiation: Review SOWs for compliance, accuracy, and approvals; negotiate complex SOWs with internal and external stakeholders. - Legal & Contractual Support: Support Deal Desk and other teams with legal or contractual escalations related to SOWs. - Escalation & Triage: Monitor and triage Service Desk tickets and escalation channels related to subcontractor SOWs. - Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve Coupa-related issues post-triage. - Document Management: Coordinate signatures and maintain contractual documents, including templates and agreements. - Collaboration & Reporting: Develop playbooks, train stakeholders on SOW processes, and support data analysis and reporting needs.
