Internship Program We invite students to join our 6-12 months Product Supply Internship Program in Medellin. This program is designed for talented individuals who want to start a professional career while finishing their studies. The internship is an annual program dedicated to bringing new talent engineers to the company and offering full-time managerial positions to successful interns. - Participants will have the opportunity to work on real-life projects, face dynamic situations, and contribute to improving production management systems, executing data analyses, and building automatizations. - You will be part of the Product Supply team and experience a dynamic international environment involving interaction with other plants in the region, technical centers, and customers or suppliers. Responsibilities - From day one, you will take ownership of your project and receive specific responsibilities. - You will work with passionate people and receive continuous mentorship, including formal training and day-to-day guidance from your manager. - Promote agility and work/life balance for employees, we value every individual and support initiatives promoting long-term well-being. Qualifications - Active student of a University Degree (fields like: Engineering) with 6 to 12 months to graduation date. - Eligible to work in Colombia. - Lives in Medellín. - Has intermediate English Skills (B2 or above). - Displays strong leadership, teamwork, analytical skills, and problem-solving mentality. - Has strong verbal and writing communication skills. - Loves working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
