In this role, you will review caregiver preferred hours, identify open shifts with clients, and strategically match these vacancies with caregivers to maximize their schedules and income. Key Responsibilities: - Review caregiver preferred hours in scheduling software. - Identify open shifts with clients and fill these vacancies based on client attributes and caregiver preferences. - Think analytically to optimize caregiver schedules, ensuring maximum coverage and client satisfaction. - Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and branch staff to ensure a cohesive experience for all parties involved. - Promptly inform the branch of any changes or client complaints in real time. - Provide constructive feedback to branch staff regarding caregiver performance, attendance, and client feedback. - Ensure all communication and documentation are precise, detailed, thorough, and timely. - Field inbound calls as necessary to assist our customer service team. - Report security incidents and any identified security weaknesses. - Perform other tasks as assigned. Requirements: - High school diploma at minimum; Associate's degree preferred. - Technical proficiency in utilizing scheduling software and generating reports. - Fluent in spoken and written English. Preferred Qualifications: - Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. - Call center or customer service experience is preferred.
