Job Description: A Hilton Cook is responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our Guests and Members. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines. - Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment, ensuring no cross-contamination. - Prepare all mis-en-place for relevant menus. - Assist other departments as needed, maintaining good working relationships. - Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues. - Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation. - Contribute to departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team. - Be environmentally aware. Requirements: - NVQ Level 1. - Positive attitude. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure. - Ability to work independently or in teams. Preferred Qualifications: - NVQ Level 2. - Previous kitchen experience in a similar role. - Basic food hygiene knowledge.
