**Who You'll Work With**: You’ll be based in our Buenos Aires or Bogota office hub as part of our regional communications team. The team is comprehended by the Spanish LatAm Reach & Communications leader, the Communications Manager, the Creative & Arts Manager, the External Affairs Manager, the Media Relations Manager and the Activations Manager. You will interact mainly with the regional communications team, global communications colleagues (especially those related to client research), LatAm practices leaders partners, office services and external suppliers. **What You'll Do**: For Spanish LatAm, you will work in two fronts, strengthening our client mapping/understanding and building the CRM capability. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. You will map existing clients, define unattended white spaces, and narrow segments to act on prime prospects. This work will be done with specialized vendors, coordinating with practice leaders and the regional client development hub. You will share the key outcome with practice leaders, regional partners and consultants to take action. You will also develop a new CRM capability to strengthen partners networking interactions to deliver a superior client experience, and as a result improve our engagement effectiveness. One of your key tasks will be updating and consolidating our database, to then operate with a new software coordinating with global resources. Finally, you will incorporate all efforts mentioned into a control panel to track metrics. **Qualifications**: - University degree with excellent academic record; advanced degree preferred - Proven work experience as client relationship management (CRM) leader for a global organization - Experience in market research and client understanding - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Outstanding presentation and communication skills - Experience in leading relationships with external vendors - Advanced English skills
