There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel — the market leader in international payroll and compliance. **About the role** As a Senior Product Manager for Deel’s Strategic Integrations, you will manage the integration of Deel with highly strategic partner platforms in the finance, HR, identity management and collaboration space.We want our customer’s bookkeepers, finance and HR managers to achieve their vision of success with Deel. Seamless ‘plug-and-play’ integrations with their favourite tools that automate their processes and eliminate manual entry are critical to achieving this. **What you’ll do** - Work hand-in-hand with partnership team and pilot customers to identify opportunities and build integrations with strategic software - Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to specific client problems - Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots - Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, development, go-to-market and post-launch evaluation - Work closely with a highly talented team of Product Designers and Engineers - Above all - Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world **Requirements**: - Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast pace environment (ideally scale-up/start-up) - Ideally, experience building and scaling strategic integrations, working closely with large clients - Strong technical and data orientation to be able to build complex integrations - Ability to work closely with engineering teams and able to provide guidance on technical implementations - Highly commercial, and able to factor in business impact to prioritising new integrations - Independent and autonomous leader - Strong design sense of both UX and UI - Location: EMEA NAM **Total Rewards** Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
