Lead Gaming Operations Specialist We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to spearhead the coordination and management of gaming equipment operations. - Accurate and updated records of all gaming equipment, including cards, dice, roulette wheels, and related items such as card shoes and transport boxes must be maintained. - Gaming tables must be fully stocked and in optimal condition by directly monitoring or liaising with key personnel like Shift Managers, Shufflers, Trainers, and Floor Supervisors. - The replacement of outdated equipment must be planned and overseen, keeping detailed records of the process. - Orders for studio gaming equipment and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors or management must be managed. - Staff must be supervised and coordinated, workflows streamlined, employee performance assessed, and motivation and coaching provided when needed. - Data analysis must be conducted, and detailed reports prepared for line managers, including key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment management and performance. - Daily updates to direct managers must be provided, ensuring smooth and transparent communication. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills. - At least two years of experience in team leadership and management, demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide others effectively. - Proficient in using various software and technology tools to support daily operations. - Strong presentation skills, capable of explaining complex information clearly and persuasively. - Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, remaining composed under pressure. - A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks. - Flexibility to work varying hours, including 24/7 shifts, when required.
