We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Cold Caller to join our team. Job Description As a Remote Cold Caller at Nomad Home Buyers, you will play a critical role in our business development efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with potential customers. Your goal will be to identify qualified real estate opportunities and schedule appointments for our Acquisition team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct Cold Calls to potential leads in the Real Estate Market that might be interested in selling/buying property. Build and Maintain Database of Potential Clients Qualify Leads by getting all of the necessary information of their Real Estate Property. Communicate Effectively and Educate our potential leads about our Real Estate Services. Set-up appointments for our Acquisition Team with Qualified Leads. Collaborate with our Operations Management Team to develop effective calling scripts and strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry Trends and Market Conditions. Qualifications Previous Cold Calling Experience is Required. Strong English Communication Skills in English Language (Written and Verbal). Able to properly communicate in Spanish Language is preferred but not required. Customer Service Experience is strongly preferred. Real Estate Sales Experience is strongly preferred. Must be able and willing to follow the process. Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable with Remote Work and using Digital Tools and CRM Systems. Must Possess all of the equipments needed for a Remote Work (High Internet Speed, Excellent Desktop, Noise Canceling Headset, and Back-up for Electricity and Internet Issues) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively and efficiently. Self Motivated and Goal Oriented A high level of Professionalism and Integrity. Additional Information SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 10:30am to 7:30pm (Saturdays if needed) Technical Requirements: Core i5, 8gbs of Ram, and reliable high-speed internet connection.
