Addressing their concerns and requests via call and email. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term satisfaction and retention. Address and resolve any client issues, escalations, or conflicts in collaboration with the appropriate teams, ensuring a positive outcome. Regularly review client usage and provide insights on how to maximize their subscription value. Offer guidance on additional services or upgrades when applicable. You'll occasionally handle inbound calls from potential clients. Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for service improvement and relay insights to internal teams. Monitor and report on client success metrics, ensuring clients meet their goals with the services provided. Implement strategies to reduce churn and increase client loyalty. Work closely with the sales, editing, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met and that workflows are streamlined. The Profile You have at least 3 years experience within a Client Success or related role. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. You are a strong networker & relationship builder You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard Excellent English Communication with a Neutral/American accent Ability to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
