About the Role We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Partner Success Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing support processes with our partners, troubleshooting technical issues, and finding creative solutions to streamline their requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve partner requests - Review queries and find solutions to meet partner needs - Advocate for partners by sharing feedback with the Product team to improve processes and offerings You will work closely with the Product team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the Insider platform. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
