Sales Representative / Account Executive Location: Remote (LATAM – U.S. time zone required) Compensation: $1,300–$1,500/month USD base + commission (OTE: $2,000–$2,500/month) Industry: LegalTech / SaaS Schedule: Full-time | U.S. Business Hours EST Mo-Fr 9AM - 5PM About the Role We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative / Account Executive to join a fast-growing LegalTech company. This role will focus on building relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and converting leads into paying customers. Working closely with the founder, you’ll be on the front lines of growth, helping to expand market reach in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach Conduct product demos and present solutions tailored to client needs Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities Collaborate with the founder and team to refine sales messaging and strategies Provide feedback to improve product positioning based on customer insights Create a successful and consistent Linkedin posting strategy to attract and nurture lead by posting helpful content. Compensation & Commission Base Salary: $1,500–$1,800/month USD Commission: 5–10% of closed deal value (paid monthly) On-Target Earnings (OTE): $2,000–$2,500/month USD+ for strong performers Ideal Candidate Profile 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or LegalTech experience a plus) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (verbal and written) Comfortable managing outreach and follow-up through email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment Ability to work U.S. business hours Bonus Points Previous experience selling into legal, IP, or copyright sectors Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar tools Experience in early-stage startups or founder-led organizations Why Join?
