ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is seeking proactive and driven Towing Contracts Hunters to join our team. In this role, you will identify and pursue new contract opportunities within the towing industry, aiming to expand our service contract portfolio and establish mutually beneficial partnerships with businesses and organizations requiring reliable towing assistance. Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients and opportunities for towing service contracts. Develop strategies to approach and engage target clients, showcasing our towing services and unique offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations. Negotiate terms and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery once contracts are secured. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and negotiations. Provide regular updates and reports to management on contract acquisition progress. Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or contract acquisition, preferably in the towing or automotive industry. Strong understanding of negotiation processes and contract terms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and tailor proposals accordingly. Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools. Travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.
