Wellness and Resiliency Coach P2 On site (will be tagged to Latte Valley, with flexibility to travel to Eternal Spring and the Gallery as needed) The Wellness and Resiliency Coach is responsible for both the coordination of wellness program initiatives (e.g., creation, scheduling, operations), and direct service delivery of wellness programs. This position will enhance employee health and well-being within the assigned campaign/s and site/s. Responsibilities include: Coordination of Wellness Activities Supports the maintenance, compliance of and fidelity to the wellness curriculum provided by Vendor clinicians to promote employee well-being, education, success, and retention. Partners with Operations and Vendor providers to coordinate structured, cohesive, and accessible wellness tools and resources for employees. Liaises actively with internal TaskUs stakeholders and Vendor clinicians to ensure efficiency in appointment scheduling and accuracy in staffing coverage Assists with creating reports and presenting data relevant to specific committees, business reviews, and administrative personnel. Handles sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Assists in developing and facilitating workshops and outreach on wellness topics; coordinates logistics, scheduling, and participant communications. Organizes monthly outreach programming on-site for a specific campaign Handles purchasing needs related to wellness activities Creates marketing materials to spotlight wellness initiatives through social media, email distributions, and other methods of communication. Ensures compliance in areas of TaskUs policies and HIPAA regulations as applicable. Maintains organized and up-to-date records to meet client audit requirements. Collaborates with the Resiliency Manager and other wellness personnel to implement best practices in wellness. Ensure all training requirements are met for the campaign personnel (onboarding, company-required training, etc). Recognizes employees in distress and refers them through the proper channels and resources available at TaskUs (example, endorse to Vendor, EAP or local resource). Supports special projects and performs various administrative duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse tasks Organizes and prioritizes duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changes. Wellness Programming Design, Implementation, Service Delivery Provides individual and group coaching sessions using prescribed approach, and following the ICF Core Competencies and ICF Code of Ethics Proactively checks-in with Teammates and invites them to individual coaching or group sessions in person, by phone, via email, or video platforms Partners in the creation and implementation of individual action plans of clients Monitors and checks-in with clients at specific times to help them keep track of the achievement of their set goals Schedules and conducts regular and consistent individual and group coaching sessions Creates and organizes confidential client files including intake and session documentation Monitors, collects, and evaluates necessary data to keep track of clients’ progress Reports accurate and consistent data by using prescribed tools Assesses for emergency/crisis needs and ensures safety planning with the clients and proper endorsement to mental health professionals Designs and facilitates wellness sessions, outreach programs and activities that support monthly programming and department objectives Leads or co-leads projects or activities assigned by the Manager and/or Director of W&R Attends activities and completes all development programs and training sessions required by the department and the company Minimum Requirements: Availability to work on site ( Medellin) Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Psychology Highly skilled in wellness program development, event planning, coordination, and delivery of psycho-educational programming Keen attention to details Ability to create and maintain effective relationships with employees and management in a rigorous work setting. Outstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening skills Above Average fluency in written and spoken English A strong desire to help others Flexibility to work with shifting hours Highly proficient in utilizing office software programs (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc) Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in project management and has demonstrated organizational skills including management of timelines, events, and budgets.
