This role is a key part of our LATAM operations, responsible for managing supplies for our delivery partners in Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay. As an Operations Supplies Analyst, you will be involved in strategic planning, procurement processes, data analysis, and engagement support. This position combines strategic thinking, negotiation, and data analysis skills to optimize costs, ensure coverage, and drive performance. You will work closely with suppliers and local teams across LATAM, creating reports in SQL, developing dashboards, and supporting engagement campaigns using digital communication tools. Key Responsibilities: - Manage departmental expenses and control related expenditures. - Negotiate terms, deadlines, and quality with logistics and supplies suppliers. - Handle purchase requests and order control processes. - Monitor material usage and performance indicators for delivery partners. - Analyze supply coverage and make informed decisions. - Create data queries and extracts in SQL to support analysis. - Develop dashboards and tables for data presentation and tracking. - Collaborate with local teams across LATAM. - Support communication campaigns (in-app, push notifications, email). Requirements: - Fluency in Portuguese (BR) and Spanish. - Excellent attitude and willingness. - Experience in budget control and procurement processes. - Proficiency in SQL for data queries and analysis. - Analytical skills and organizational ability. - Good communication and collaboration skills across different countries. - Familiarity with communication tools like Braze (or similar) is a plus.
