Manager Global Process Order to Cash Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Global Business Service (GBS), the engine that designs, builds and operates consistent adidas end-to-end business services & solutions globally to drive the transformation TO ONE ADIDAS, enabling our Business Partners to focus on core business. GBS prioritizes executing transitions, process and solution roadmaps, implementing one service framework, performance measurements and GBS customer board. GPO’s can effectively cross-collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define the current and future state of adidas business and its processes, identifying issues and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies, and driving towards technology solutions with the technical Product team. GBS Operations operate by executing Global Process Owner services and solutions. O2C drives technical and process innovations to secure operational and timely processing in the GBS centers in line with global accounting standards and other regulatory requirements. Responsibilities and General Accountabilities: Implement sustainable Global Processes and secure seamless Financial Flow for new Omni Rollouts and new Payment Methods. Implement defined framework and governance and support on local legally required process Create Fit-Gap-Analysis, develop new and adjust existing End-to-End Processes to set up foundation thru Global D2C Taxonomy Significantly contribute to the GBS roadmap by design, developing and implement process standardization, harmonization, automation with Delivery Excellence team Set clear quarterly Objective and Key Results by aligning with Key Stakeholders and drive continues KPI improvement and Take responsibility for understanding stakeholder requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis, problem resolution and recommending options Contribute to selection of tools, techniques, and systems according to architectural requirements and demands Lead small – medium sized projects with the respective profound process and technical knowledge within the boundaries of time, cost & quality, focusing on the customers expectations, implement results and ensure sustainability of solution Use and recommend project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking projects Develop and implement adequate communication packages to present derived results, recommendations and solutions Support the implementation of the solution roadmap for O2C DTC processes as a Product Owner in close collaboration with the O2C DTC Product technical team Maintain Product backlog up-to-date and prioritize the Product team’s work based on relevant factors (e.g. short-/long-term timelines, benefit vs. effort estimate etc.) Support Market rollouts, enhancements and product fixes to ensure growth Key Relationships: GBS O2C DTC Director Global GPO O2C DTC, O2C O2I & O2C I2C, Controlling and Reporting, Sales Finance, R2R Operational O2C DTC Teams in Operations Hubs/Centers Corporate Finance, Corporate Accounting, Corporate Treasury & Taxes Other business function: Sales (Retail/eCom), Global Operations, Brand Marketing, Finance markets Support Functions, i.e. IT External system providers/ consultants Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : High degree of customer orientation and identify the appropriate stakeholders for your area of work and manage these relationships to meet stakeholders’ business needs and align expectations; Great Experience and deep understanding of GBS D2C processes; Holistic end-to-end thinker with solution-oriented mindset; Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance; Familiarity with project management, planning and organization skills, and ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines; Good and broad knowledge about SAP world such as SAP PGR, FI/CO Fluent in English (verbal and written) Excellent Communication skills and an international plus diversity mindset Ability to think strategically as well as tactically; Strong analytical mindset Result orientation and pro-activity Requisite Education and Experience : Degree in Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combinations of educations Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in finance functions Understanding of reconciliation processes Understanding of Retail and eCom financial processes Understanding of Omni Capabilities Experience in data management Ideally multiple years of experiences in shared service center organizations Strong understanding & knowledge of regional and global market landscape and the respective customer Project management experience
