This role blends proactive outreach, campaign management, and CRM optimization. You’ll work independently while strategically collaborating with company leadership (Eric & Zane) to grow and retain a unique and passionate client base — including small businesses, artists, rock bands, LGBTQ+ organizations, and more. Key Responsibilities - Customer Reactivation & Outbound Sales - Initiate and manage outbound outreach campaigns (email, messaging, light calls) - Re-engage previous or dormant customers - Qualify and warm leads for handoff to senior leadership - CRM & Email Campaign Management - Manage and optimize the Hub Spot CRM system (implementation support and ongoing refinement) - Build and run targeted email campaigns for reactivation and promotion - Track and report campaign effectiveness - Customer Service & Support - Respond to inbound inquiries with empathy and professionalism - Offer product guidance and manage support issues when needed - Maintain positive customer experiences throughout the lifecycle - Collaborative Input - Share feedback on outreach strategy and customer insights - Work closely with management on improving messaging and processes - Participate in weekly check-ins or async communication (via Slack, Notion, or similar) - Optional/Bonus: - Light involvement in social media or brand marketing efforts, if experienced Ideal Candidate Profile - 3–5+ years’ experience in sales, customer support, or client success - Hands-on experience with Hub Spot CRM or similar tools - Skilled in creating and managing email campaigns (e.g., sequences, list segmentation) - Self-motivated, highly independent worker with excellent follow-through - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required) - Strong attention to detail and organizational habits - Comfortable working in a non-corporate, casual environment - Empathetic and adaptable with a positive, people-first mindset - Cultural awareness and comfort working with LGBTQ+ and alternative communities - Apparel or creative industry experience is a plus, but not required
