Technical Project Manager Role The ideal candidate for this Technical Project Manager role will be responsible for delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful individual will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include: - Leading project planning, execution, and oversight using Agile methodologies; - Collaborating with engineering, design, and product management teams to define project scope and objectives; - Translating technical complexities into actionable project plans and mitigating potential risks or dependencies; - Tracking project progress, conducting regular status meetings, and providing updates to stakeholders; - Supporting engineering and technical teams by removing roadblocks and fostering alignment; - Developing strategies for compliance with industry certifications (e.g., SOC-2/NIST); - Ensuring financial reporting accuracy and facilitating operational/systems reporting; - Monitoring sprint metrics, conducting retrospectives, and implementing process improvements; - Partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering to define and implement robust testing strategies for deliverables. Key qualifications for this role include: - 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role; - Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS product development, cloud-native systems, and responsive web applications; - Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence; - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; - PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
