Senior Systems Administrator Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to support our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level skills in system maintenance, compliance, and user access management. Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality technical support for corporate tools such as Service Now, MS SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Tableau, Workday, and Eracent. - Identify and resolve application disruptions to minimize downtime and business impact. - Manage user requests for new services or changes in applications, ensuring timely service delivery. In this role, you will analyze and resolve recurring incidents to prevent future disruptions and manage application outages efficiently. You will oversee user access rights and permissions, ensuring appropriate security measures, while performing routine maintenance to keep systems running smoothly. Key Functions: - Lead and mentor junior systems administrators, providing guidance and support in their professional development. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the support function by implementing automation and orchestration techniques to improve the customer experience. - Demonstrate a track record of innovative ideas and driving them through to completion. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, standard operating procedures, and best practices. This is a hybrid position with a mix of office and remote work. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
